What is the Seller Rating Cycle?

The LazMall Rating Cycle is a system that reviews seller performance on a quarterly basis. We believe this will help you better focus on areas that need improvement.

Starting from September 2019, sellers’ performance needs to meet the following standards

How does the seller rating cycle work?

Starting from September 1, 2019, on the first day of each month, the system will review the seller’s indicators in Table 1. If any of the indicators do not meet the standards, the seller will receive a notification.

What are the possible consequences of sellers not meeting the service standards?

If one of the indicators of a LazMall seller does not meet the service standards for three consecutive months, the seller will be removed from LazMall.

If you wish to appeal, please contact your category manager or PSC.

Where can I see the indicators of seller performance?
