(i) Language
Master a foreign language, have proficient foreign language skills, strong written writing skills, or at least be able to communicate with overseas suppliers via E-mail, or communicate with suppliers through real-time online communication software.
(ii) Computer application
Have computer application skills, and be proficient in office software, Photoshop, etc.
(iii) Driving
At least have a C1 driver’s license, which is convenient for traveling between various customs and container yards.
(iv) Business skills
Be familiar with international trade professional knowledge, be able to understand the various processes, documents, import contract terms and review the contents of L/C, etc. of international trade imports; be able to prepare various documents for international trade, provide and obtain foreign trade documents with complete copies, complete content, accurate data, neat appearance, consistent documents and documents, and documents that match each other; be able to submit documents and settle foreign exchange in a timely manner, and classify and archive various documents for safekeeping.
(V) Financial knowledge
Have knowledge of statistics and finance, and be able to quickly and accurately forecast, analyze and calculate prices, exchange rates, market conditions and various expenses.
(VI) International common sense and etiquette
Be familiar with daily international etiquette, understand the culture of the supplier’s country, and be able to show a good company image when making calls, answering calls and receiving suppliers.
