2. Reporting steps: (store initiates cooperation request-> service provider fills in cooperation information-> store confirms-> staff approves)

1) The store owner logs in to the account, searches the name of the service provider company in the service market, and finds the corresponding service. Click and select the purchase period and reporting period. Generally, it starts from 12 months.

Click: After clicking I want to buy, the store owner will see all the service items filled in by the service provider.

After clicking Place an order, the store owner completes the startup operation.

2) Log in and confirm the service provider account: Enter the “My Service Provider” area, select “Transaction Management”, “My Agent Operation Service”. Click “I Want to Cooperate”.

3) Please ask the service provider to click Report. Tmall International service providers must enter the reporting entrance and must not enter the online payment entrance. Overseas Alipay cannot support online settlement. Don’t use the quotation method! Otherwise, the assessment cannot be calculated! The deposit was paid in vain!

Note: Please fill in the service quality standards in the report according to the contract content. If there is a blank, the service provider will bear full responsibility once a dispute is discovered.

4) After the service provider submits the report, it will be displayed that the store must confirm the service contact: switch to the store owner account to log in and confirm the information: select “My Service”-“My Agent Operation”.
