(1) There are many electronic data sheets and the data processing objects are complicated
Cross-border e-commerce customs data include orders, payment sheets, logistics sheets (hereinafter referred to as “three sheets”) and the declaration lists generated on this basis, which are the basis for customs statistics. Due to the retail nature of goods, their data are characterized by large numbers of sheets and complex content, which can easily lead to information islands and data fragmentation in cross-border e-commerce. In terms of data, there are problems such as inconsistency, non-standardization, abnormal comparison between the three sheets and the list data, and inconsistency between the list header and the body; in terms of information, problems such as inconsistency, duplication and missing occur from time to time, and it is difficult to make up for and solve the above problems through processing and processing with relevant standards and logical relationships.
(2) The concentration of imported goods types and sources is relatively high
Cross-border e-commerce is affected by the list management, and imported goods are mainly cosmetics, milk powder and food; from the perspective of the origin of goods, Japan, the United States and South Korea are more concentrated. Imported goods and sources are relatively concentrated.
(3) Entry ports and domestic consumption radiation range are expanding
From the perspective of entry ports for cross-border e-commerce imported goods, ports such as Guangzhou, Ningbo, Hangzhou and Zhengzhou account for more than 2/3 of the national total. As the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones continue to expand, it can be inferred that the demand for cross-border e-commerce import ports and the range of consumer goods is expanding.
(4) The target consumer group is relatively concentrated and has obvious characteristics
According to incomplete statistics, from the perspective of purchasers, women are the majority, aged 20-40 years old (including 40 years old), with an annual purchase amount of less than 5,000 yuan (including 5,000 yuan), and the main products are cosmetics. The amount of goods purchased by women is three times that of men. Among them, cosmetics account for more than 40% of all women’s purchases; the consumption amount of the 20-40 age group accounts for nearly 80% of the total value of cross-border e-commerce imports; and annual shopping consumption of less than 5,000 yuan accounts for more than 70% of all cross-border e-commerce imports. The target consumers of cross-border e-commerce are relatively concentrated and have obvious characteristics.
