Template settings for Debut
You can use template settings to customize the colors and layout of your online store. You can also set up links to your social media accounts, edit your shopping cart settings, and add a favicon.
Colors
You can choose colors for different parts of your online store.
Custom color settings
PC:
In the Shopify admin, go to Online Stores >Templates.
Click Customize next to the template settings.
Click Template Settings.
Click on the color.
To open the color picker, click the color swatch for the content type color you want to change. The Recent Selection area displays the colors you have recently selected for the template. The Currently Used area shows the colors you are currently using in other parts of the template.
To set a specific hex color code, click in the text field to enter the color.
To set the color to transparent, remove the hex code value from the text field.
Click Save.
Mac:
In the Shopify app, tap Store.
In the Sales Channels section, tap Online Store.
Tap Manage themes.
Next to Template Settings, tap Customize.
Tap Edit.
Click Template Settings.

Typography
You can set the font style and size of the text on your online store. You can choose system fonts or custom fonts.
It is recommended that you use system fonts in your store. Using system fonts avoids downloading new fonts on your customers’ computers, which can negatively impact your store’s loading speed. The fonts displayed on the customer’s computer depend on their operating system. Learn more about system fonts.
