First, log in to the Sopifp backend and click the “Settings” – “Package and Permissions” button.
Then click the “Compare Plans” button in the page that opens.
At this time, you can see the 3 packages currently provided by Shopify independent station.
The Shopify independent station package has been introduced relatively clearly. The following is the permissions part, which will be explained in order from top to bottom on the Shopify backend page.
(1)Permissions.
Shop owner: Click the store owner to open the editing page of your Shopify independent station account. On this page, you can upload the account’s avatar, modify the name, and modify the login email of the Shopify independent station account. The email here is mainly used for Shopiry backend login and can be modified at will.
Staff accounts: The $29/month package offers 2 staff accounts, the $79/month package offers 5 staff accounts, and the $299/month package offers 15 staff accounts. To add a staff account, click the “Add Staff Account” button.
Collaborator account: In addition to store owners and authorized employees, you can also invite others to log in to your Shopify backend. This is mainly achieved by requesting code, and partners who share the code can access your Shopify backend. I recommend not to use this function lightly to avoid unnecessary losses.
(2) Login service. This function is more friendly to people who often use Google Apps. If you often use Google Apps such as Google Docs or Google Calendar, and also often need to log in to the Shopify backend, then giving this permission can make it more convenient to log in to the Shopify backend.
(3)Store status. After choosing to close the store, customers will no longer be able to access your independent Shopify site. At the same time, you need to uninstall those installed Shopify applications so that the Shopify system will not continue to deduct money. After the store is closed, the Shopify system will automatically retain the data of your independent station for 90 days. If the account is reactivated within 90 days, the independent station can be restored to the way it was before the closure. If it exceeds 90 days, all data will be unrecoverable.
