Log in to the Shopify backend and click the “Settings”-“Notification” button.
In the page that opens, there are four selections: customer notification, email marketing, employee order notification, and Webhooks, which are introduced below from top to bottom.
(1) Customer notification. These are all email notifications that the Shopify system automatically sends to your customers, and different system emails will be triggered in different situations. Click the “Customize” button in the “Customer Notification” selection, and you can modify the contents of the three boxes on the right, for example, upload a logo image, set the width of the logo, and modify the color of buttons and links in emails. After making changes, be sure to click the “Save” button.
The sections on the right side of the “Customer Notification” selection are orders, shipments, local delivery, in-store pickup, customers, email marketing, and return quantity. After clicking on the conditions that trigger notifications in these 7 sections, you will find that all displayed are codes. For example, after clicking on the “Order Confirmation” condition in “Order”. I strongly recommend not to modify these codes. p>
(2) Email marketing. It is recommended to use the default check box.
(3) You can set which email address you want to use to receive order emails. The default email address is yours. The email address you filled in when registering a Shopify standalone account. I suggest you change it to your most commonly used email address. In addition, it is generally not recommended to turn on desktop notifications.
I have not set this up. Part. Because in actual operation, this part is not very useful, you can study it yourself.
