When you encounter problems while using Shopify independent station, Shopify’s customer service is the best official instructor. How should I contact Shopify’s customer service?
Currently, Shopify already has an official team in China, so the support from Chinese customer service is much stronger than before.
First, log in to the Shopify backend, and then click the “Shopifty Help Center” button in the upper right corner of the account.
At the bottom of the newly opened page, click the “24/7 Customer Service Support” button.
Then, follow the website prompts to log in to your Shopify store. Note: If you have multiple Shopify stores, you need to select the store in question.
The page will open after the page jumps automatically. Currently, there are two ways to contact Chinese customer service, one is by email, and the other is by WeChat. You can choose a method that is more suitable for you to communicate with customer service.
If the Chinese customer service cannot solve your problem, then you can also click the “View English Customer Service Options” button. The one on the left is to communicate with English customer service online, and the one on the right is to log in to the Shopify Global Forum.
I prefer to contact English customer service. I feel like their responses are faster and their problem-solving skills are better. Of course, this is entirely my own subjective feeling. You can choose the method that is convenient for you. The most important thing is to be able to solve the problem.
