Starting from 2:00 am UTC on June 16, 2021, the Romania route of the A+ Logistics Plan will be officially launched and open to all Chinese merchants who have opened the Romania route. Orders from mainland China to Romania will be automatically included in the A+ logistics plan from the above effective time. The orders involved will enjoy a series of favorable policies of the A+ Logistics Plan and will be subject to the “Merchant Service Terms and Agreement” and the “A+ Logistics Plan Policies”.

2. What are the size and weight restrictions for packages (Romania-bound orders) shipped to the A+ Logistics Program warehouse?

Please note that “special products” are defined as built-in lithium-ion batteries, built-in button batteries, etc.; “sensitive products” are defined as products other than general Product and special product categories, common sensitive categories include: eye shadow, lip gloss, liquid foundation, facial cream, facial mask, scrub, headphones, small speakers, etc.
Starting from 0:00 a.m. on August 6, 2020, Beijing time, if any side of the A+ logistics plan order package delivered to the warehouse is greater than 55cm, the package will be measured as “(length x width x height) )/8000” to calculate the volumetric weight (i.e. bubble weight), the unit is kg. Final shipping charges will be calculated based on the greater of dimensional weight or actual weighing.
3. What is the maximum declared value of A+ Logistics Plan Romania-bound parcels?
Currently, the A+ Logistics Plan does not accept parcels destined for Romania with a declared value of more than 150 euros; therefore, if a merchant needs to deliver parcel orders destined for Romania with a declared value of more than 150 euros, please use the WishPost appeal tool page online Submit an appeal to remove the order from the A+ Logistics Plan and ship the order directly.
4. What prohibited categories are not supported by the Romania A+ Logistics Plan?

Merchants must correctly identify and declare sensitive or special products in WishPost, and must package general products and sensitive/special products separately before delivering them to the A+ Logistics Plan warehouse. At the same time, please note: When packaging sensitive products, be sure to ensure safety during transportation, security inspection, consumer unpacking and other logistics processes.
If the merchant does not declare sensitive or special product types in WishPost, but delivers such products to the A+ Logistics Plan warehouse, the merchant will be charged an additional 1 yuan/package for sensitive product handling fees.

6. Tax-related information
Starting from July 1, 2021, the policy of exempting small-value goods with a value of no more than 22 euros from importing value-added tax has been cancelled. In other words, after the new rules come into effect, all goods imported into Romania, regardless of their value, will need to pay VAT.
