1. Window backstage entrance
There are two ways to enter the window recommendation.
(1) Enter the AliExpress store backend, first click “My AliExpress”, then click “Number of Remaining Available Windows” under “Products”.
(2) Enter the AliExpress store backend, hover the mouse over “Products”, a drop-down box will appear, and click “Window Management”.
2. Add recommended products
In the first step, click “Add Promotional Product” in the backend of the window to add recommended products to the window.
The second step is to search through product grouping, search baby ID, and product title to find the products that need to be promoted.
The third step is to analyze and compare based on the search exposure volume/search exposure click-through rate (referring to the data of the product in the last day) to find the products that need to be promoted.
The fourth step is to check the products that need to be promoted and click “Submit”. The products will be successfully added to the window recommendations.
After the product is successfully added to the window recommendation, the seller can check the promotion status of the product in the background promotion list, including the promotion validity period, remaining days, search exposure, search exposure click rate, and window effect.
The window is valid for one natural month. If it expires, the window reward will be automatically invalidated. The window is valid for 30 days each time the seller uses it. For example, if Store A gets the February window display reward on March 1st, it can choose to use it before April 1st; if it chooses to use it on March 2nd, the window display will be effective from March 2nd to April 2nd. ; After April 3, the product will be displayed according to its natural display position. In order to avoid the waste of window recommendation space, sellers should pay more attention to the number of available windows in the store, use the windows in a timely and reasonable manner, and improve product and store data.
