Open the home page of the Seller Center, click “Order Management” “MyOrders” to enter the “Myorders” interface, where you can view information about store order payment, logistics, returns and refunds.
From left to right: “All” (all orders), “Unpaid” (unpaid orders), “To Ship” (unshipped orders), “Shipping” (shipped orders) ), “Completed” (completed order), “Cancellation” (cancelled order), “Return/Refund” (return/refund order) and other category columns. Click the corresponding category to view all orders in this type of situation.
Enter the order number in the “Search Order” box to query the corresponding order.
Click “Check Details” or anywhere in the order to view the corresponding order information, including logistics status, buyer’s shipping address, order products and order amount, etc.
