Sellers can check the ratings and reviews of the store by buyers who have purchased products in the store on the “Shop Settings” – “Shop Rating” interface of the seller center. At the same time, the seller can click “Reply” to reply to the corresponding buyer.

1. View ratings

Enter “Shop Rating” to view “All” (all buyers) evaluations or view different levels of buyer evaluations, such as “5 Star” (five stars) Evaluation) is the highest rating, and “4 Star” (four-star evaluation) is a better evaluation. Sellers should pay attention to evaluations of “3 Star” (three stars) and below, and promptly check the order that caused the evaluation to find out the reasons and correct them in time. Click “Reply” to reply to the rating given by the buyer.
