Step01 Click the “Account” button on the “MyeBay” page.
Step02 Enter the “Account” page and click the “Feedback” hyperlink in the left sidebar.
Step03 Enter the “Evaluation Management” page and click the “Goto Feedback Forum” hyperlink.
Step04 Enter the “Evaluation Feedback Forum” page and click the “Reply to Feedback received” hyperlink in the “Feedback tools” list on the right side of the page.
Step05 Enter the “Reply to Buyer Reviews” page, enter the buyer account or product number to be responded to in the text box to the left of the “FindFeedback” button, and click “Find Feedback” ( Find Feedback) button to find the order for which you need to reply to the evaluation, or you can directly find the buyer evaluation that you need to reply to in the evaluation list below, and click the “Reply” reply hyperlink corresponding to the evaluation to enter “Reply to the specified evaluation” page.
