In addition to the restrictions and prohibitions clearly stipulated by Vietnamese and Chinese laws and regulations, the use of SLS Vietnam logistics channels also requires attention to the following special restrictions.
(1) Package weight limit: 10 kg.
(2) The length of one side of the package is <70 cm.
(3) If the value of a single SKU exceeds VND 1 million, additional customs taxes will be borne by the seller.
(4) The following products cannot currently be transported and distributed through SLS channels: ① Food, medicines, health products, drugs, radioactive items, infectious items, chemicals (such as sulfuric acid, ethanol, etc.); ② Flammable and explosive items (such as alcohol-containing liquids, tooth powder, lighters, etc.); ③ Biological organisms, animal and plant products restricted by the Washington Convention, seeds and plant extracts subject to animal and plant quarantine, etc.; ④ Liquids (not Packages containing alcohol and spray) exceeding 200 ml; ⑤ Products with gas or air pressure (such as rubber balls, compressed gas spray, etc.), e-cigarettes, tobacco, magnetic plasticine; ⑥ Vietnamese currency, foreign currency, stamps, credit cards, debit cards , lottery tickets, government police-related items (such as badges, badges or uniforms); ⑦ precious metals, gems, brand watches, sex toys; ⑧ mobile phones, tablets, electric balance cars; ⑨ firearm-related items (such as sights, model firearms , weapons and ammunition, etc.) and offensive items (such as iron braces, batons, stun guns, axes, daggers, slingshots, swords, etc.); ⑩ Counterfeit or unauthorized products that violate this clause will be subject to customs Confiscation of goods and imposition of fines.
The seller will be responsible for any taxes, fines and related fees incurred due to the seller’s violation of the prohibited list.
