Open the Kilimall store backend homepage and click “Product” (product management). This module contains 8 parts, which are:

(1)Upload Product: Generally, products are uploaded manually.

(2)Import Products: Excel batch upload operation.

(3)Product on Shelf: Products on sale.

(4) Warehouse: manages out-of-stock products or products that are not available for sale online.

(5)Decoration Modules: Used to optimize product details.

(6)Specifications (specification management): Adding and managing product specification attribute values.

(7) Picture Gallery (store picture space): used to centrally upload and manage the pictures in the store.

(8)Storage Application: FBK stocking.

To upload products, just click “Upload Product” at the top.

Fill in the product information:

(1) Click “Upload Product” and select the product category to upload.

Clicking on a category will display lower-level categories. Select the last-level category. After selecting, click “Next” to proceed to the next step.

The filling requirements are as follows:

Product Title: written in English, the number of characters is 3~100, and the space is equal to one letter. Don’t use special characters as they can hinder searches. Do not add size and other specification values ​​after the name, the system will automatically generate it. For example, if a piece of clothing comes in different sizes, when the buyer clicks on which size, the specifications of this size will be automatically displayed in the title

The complete product name includes: brand + each order includes Number (used to describe the list) + material + shape + keywords of the category + added by the system by default (color and size).

Seller Item (Seller’s own product SKU code): The SKU code is convenient for sellers to manage and is not displayed to buyers. It is recommended that sellers have their own set of product codes, such as: A-0001, B0001,…

Deseription (basic description of the product): written in English, within 140 characters, 3 to 5 lines of phrases are recommended. List the functions, participating promotions, selling points and other information, and strive to give buyers a rough understanding of the main features of the product through this paragraph.

(1) Fill in the price of the product, red * is a required option.

The price information filling requirements are as follows:

Settlement Amount: the price before commission is collected, only displayed in the background. Currently, all products are commission-free, so sellers do not need to consider this.

Selling Price (sales price) is the buyer’s purchase price (the average customer price on the platform is US$25) and is displayed at the front desk. All costs need to be taken into account, including international logistics costs. You only need to fill in one of the sales price and settlement price, and the other will be automatically generated by the system.

Market Price: You can refer to the retail price on the market, which must be higher than the sales price in order to generate discounts and make the product look more attractive.

Cost Price: It is convenient for sellers to record the cost of goods and is not displayed on the front end.

Discount (discount): the sales price divided by the market price. The system will automatically generate discounts.

(2) Fill in the product specifications, red * marks are required options.

The requirements for filling in product specifications are as follows:

If there are Color (color), Size (size) and other specifications under the category, these two items are required and cannot be filled in after selection. Edit and modify, otherwise the product will be wrong and the product needs to be uploaded again.

Add specific specification values, such as S, M. If there is only one specification, such as only one color, you can fill in One color or As picture. The added specification value is not case-sensitive. If the specification value filled in by the seller is in lowercase, the same content cannot be filled in in uppercase (for example, after filling in m, and then filling in M, the system will prompt that the filled in specification value is repeated).

Set prices in batches

Seller Item can name each SKU, mainly to distinguish which SKU the order is.

Market Price: This value defaults to the one filled in previously. Sellers can fill in and modify different Market Prices for each specification.

Price: This value defaults to the Selling Price filled in previously. The seller can fill in and modify different Prices for each specification.

Stock (product stock): If it is an FBK product, there is no need to fill in here

Low Stock: Minimum stock warning.

(3) Fill in the product inventory, red * marks are required options.

The requirements for filling in inventory information are as follows:

Warehouse: Global Shipping Please select Private Warehouse (self-operated warehouse) for transportation, and FBK for FBK. If the seller wants to apply for FBK, he needs to apply for stocking in the Seller Center backend. Product Stocks: This is the total inventory of all specifications of goods, which is automatically generated by the system. However, products without specifications need to be filled in by yourself. There is no need to fill in the FBK mode here

(4) Upload the image to the product details page. You can upload it through the two buttons in the picture.

Fill in the requirements as follows:

Upload: Upload from computer.

Select from space: Upload from the store image space.

(5) Fill in the product details.

The requirements for filling in product details are as follows:

Brand (brand): You need to apply for a brand before you can add it, it is not required.

Sim type (other attribute parameters of the product): optional. If there is such a parameter table, the seller can directly check parameters such as mobile phone price, screen, etc. Some categories do not have such parameter table

Product Description: It is recommended to fill it in on the PC. The content for the mobile version will be automatically generated, but the image size may not conform to the mobile version. Sellers can make detailed pictures for the mobile version according to the specifications.

Fill in the description of the product details. It is recommended to use a combination of pictures and text. First use text description, and then use pictures to display it to make the product more attractive.

For clothing, footwear and other products, it is recommended that sellers attach international size charts to avoid buyers returning goods due to inappropriate sizes.

(6) Fill in the product logistics information.

The filling requirements for several required fields (marked with *) are as follows:

Postage (shipping fee): Chinese sellers can only choose the default template, which is Selling Area Use. The last-mile delivery fee for this template is displayed at the front desk and is mainly paid by the buyer.

Weight: Weight of a single product (with packaging).

Packing Size: The packaging size of a single product, including length, width, and height. Only fill in numbers in centimeters (cm).

(9) Fill in other information

Release (product release): After the product is successfully released, the front end will display it immediately.

Time (set online time): When the set time is reached, the system will automatically launch the product.

Put in Warehouse (put in the warehouse area): The product is not online for the time being. It is only displayed in the backend Warehouse area. It is not displayed on the front end. The seller needs to manually put the product online.

Recommend: Choose whether to recommend. Products that select “Yes” will be displayed in the “Recommend by Seller” position on the store homepage. Only 12 products can be displayed in this position. After filling in the product information, you can click “Next, UploadPictures” to upload multiple pictures. page.
