For orders that have already taken effect, the platform will not force timeout cancellation. “Guangzhou warehouse collection” means that after the Guangzhou warehouse signs for the goods, the receipt is scanned, and the transfer warehouse receipt is displayed in the background. The receipt time displayed in the background shall prevail.
2. Wrong delivery
(1) Wrong delivery order, the goods in the package are inconsistent with the ordered goods, resulting in weight discrepancies
(2) Wrong delivery of others For packages on the platform, the seller mistakenly believed that the transshipment warehouse had received the package but had not accepted it.
Penalty: If the above situation occurs, the seller will be fined RMB 6.
3. Missed delivery
(1) The package was not actually shipped, resulting in the transshipment warehouse not receiving it.
(2) The package is associated with express delivery number A, but is actually in express delivery package B
Penalty: If the above situation occurs, the seller will be penalized 6 to 20 yuan
4. The order is damaged
(1) The express package is damaged and the first warehouse refuses to accept the package
(2) The order product is damaged, please contact the seller for reissue
(3) If the order package is damaged – re-order, package and transship, and a transshipment cost of RMB 6 will be charged
5. Order issue.
If the barcode on the receipt is blurred, damaged, missing or other reasons, it cannot be scanned and shipped. The receipt needs to be reprinted for transshipment, and a transshipment cost of RMB 6 will be charged.
6. The outer packaging of the package does not meet the requirements.
Transparent packaging, simple packaging where the goods inside the package can be directly seen, requires a reprint of the bill of lading and repackaging of the goods, and a transshipment cost of RMB 6 will be charged.
Penalty: If the above situation occurs, in addition to the transshipment cost, the seller will be penalized an additional RMB 6.
7. No information package
The package does not have an order slip, nor any product order information, and the seller mistakenly believes that it has shipped the goods, causing the transshipment warehouse to not accept the shipment or the order. time out.
Penalty: If the above situation occurs, the seller will be penalized 6 to 20 yuan
8. Duplicate orders
(1) Two packages have the same order face. As a result, one of the orders could not be shipped. The seller mistakenly thought that he had shipped the goods, causing the transshipment warehouse to not collect the goods or the order to time out.
(2) There is more than one order on a package, and the transshipment warehouse cannot determine which one shall prevail.
Penalty: In the above situation, the seller will be punished with a penalty of RMB 6

9. Cancel order
The package arrived at the warehouse, but the order was canceled by the seller.
Penalty: If the above situation occurs, the seller will be penalized 6 yuan
10. Concealing the declaration of battery goods
Any form of concealment of battery goods will be forwarded. Warehouse and logistics systems bring huge losses in property and labor costs.
Penalty: The penalty standards for prohibited and restricted categories shall prevail.
