For specific standards, we can ask the connected account manager. This standard will change according to the platform’s policies.

Currently, the standards for outstanding graduated sellers are as follows:

(3) In the store assessment month, the order cancellation rate of all stores due to seller reasons is <5.11%.

(4) During the incubation period, the total deduction points for uncompleted orders from all stores is <4 points.

(5) During the incubation period, the total number of points deducted for violating platform rules (excluding points deducted for uncompleted orders) <4 points. Sellers who have not placed an order within the 3-month incubation period will be After the period, the account manager will be transferred to the customer service team. Sellers with more than 30 orders per day can connect with key account managers after the incubation period.
