2. My Performance
The “My Performance” page will display the account’s order completion rate, shipping method, buyer satisfaction, violation of listing specifications, etc. in the past 30 days. , is a specific analysis of the overall performance of the seller’s store. We need to check the “My Performance” page regularly to optimize operations based on the store’s performance.
3. My Score
The data in this part is related to the score and penalty mechanism of the Shopee platform introduced in Chapter 2, showing the store’s score deductions this quarter. The scoring status is divided into 3 types: 03 is a healthy status, 3~6 is an unhealthy status, and 6 or more points is a critical status. Different scores correspond to different punishment contents.
