The “Finance” section includes 3 options: “My Income”, “My Balance” and “Bank Account”. In order to protect the security of the account, we need to re-enter the account number and password if we want to view the contents of the “Finance” section.
1. My Income
In the “My Income” page, we can see the overall income situation, including upcoming allocations, completed allocations, this month’s income, and store self- All income since business commencement. Click Revenue Report to download a revenue report in PDF format containing sales for the past 12 months.
Click on the order and we can see the payment details of the order, including the product amount, total shipping cost, fees and charges.
2. My Balance
The content displayed on the “My Balance” page is the same as that displayed on the “Bank Account” page.
3. Bank account
If we can provide the local bank card of the site we operate, then you can click the “Add Bank Account” button to perform collection and payment operations, otherwise Receipts and payments need to be made through a third-party platform. Currently, the Shopee platform only cooperates with three cross-border payment platforms: Payoneer, PingPong, and Lianlian Pay.
