1. How to use batch upload templates to make product combinations

Some categories have SKU ATTRIBUTES. When the SKU is online, it will be automatically combined in the front desk. If the merchant is uploading products with SKU ATTRIBUTES, please create them in multivariable form on the first batch upload. To do this when uploading in bulk, please find the SellerSKU and AssociatedSKU columns and fill in the specific SKU ATTRIBUTES for the product. When you come to the AssociatedSKU column, please select a SellerSKU. For example, copy and paste the smallest size SKU into the AssociatedSKU column to create multiple variables. For products with SKU ATTRIBUTES, except SellerSKU, all fields filled in must be consistent, and the price and inventory can be different (note: if the SKU ATTTRIBUTES is “color”, the pictures can be different), otherwise the upload will not be successful.

2. How to upload product images in batches

Merchant needs to fill in the URL link of the product image in the corresponding column of the product image. A valid product image link can be opened and displayed on the web page. For images, invalid image URLs or incorrect image sizes can cause bulk upload errors.

In batch upload, product pictures are optional, but products without pictures will not be reviewed. Merchants can upload product content (excluding images) in batches first, and then manually add images in the Merchant Center.

Upload images from local documents through the path “Seller center → Products → Manage Image”.

GSP page batch upload

Log in to GSP through the path “Products→ Manage Global Products”.

Select the “All Products” tab.

Click the “Import” button.

The steps for batch creation of GSP are the same as those of ASC.
