1) Prompt order fulfillment

Merchants must click the “Ship” menu within 5 days and ensure that the order has valid logistics tracking information.

2) Use reliable and effective delivery methods

Merchants are advised to use logistics carriers approved by Wish (https://merchant.wish.com/documentation/shippingproviders), otherwise the logistics information will not be captured. When checking the performance of logistics service providers, if merchants use carriers with red marks (shown as dark gray in the figure), they will bear 100% of the refund responsibility.
