Email preferences refer to the configuration management of notifications generated for various key operations on the merchant platform. Notification types include order payment, product management, after-sales service, payment, intellectual property, etc.

For unwanted notification types, you can remove the hook and click the “Update” button.

If you don’t want all notifications, select the “Don’t send me these emails anymore” option and click the “Update” button.

Holiday mode

Holiday mode is a one-click vacation mode set for the merchant’s store. During the holiday mode, all products in the store will not be sold.

Note: To enable the holiday mode, you need to turn on this function 72 hours in advance.

1. Enable holiday mode

Click the “Turn on” button, the system will prompt that the holiday mode has been turned on, click the “OK” button. In order to ensure the normal sales of overseas warehouse products during the holiday mode, Wish has opened the “Wish Express delivery mode only”, which is applicable to merchants who have inventory in overseas warehouses and have participated in Wish Express. In this mode, the operation of Wish Express overseas warehouses will not be affected by the store holiday mode.

2. Turn off the holiday mode

Click the yellow text prompt “Your account has turned on the holiday mode…” on the homepage.

Click the “Close” button to successfully turn off the holiday mode.
