1. What is two-step verification
Two-step verification is when merchants log in to an account, log in from a different location, set up payment, set up delivery, and other key operations, by adding a step of sending a mobile phone verification code again to verify the security of the current key operation, thereby reducing the risk of account theft.
Two-step verification is an additional means of protecting account security. It can ensure that your account is logged in in a safe environment. When you need to log in on a new device, you need to verify it by sending a verification code to your mobile phone each time. If someone steals your password, they cannot log in to your account without the verification code.
2. Enable two-step verification
Click the “Create” button → enter the mobile phone verification code → click the “Enable two-step verification” button to confirm.
3. Turn off two-step verification
Click the “Remove” button → click the “Close” button to confirm.
