Enter the product data page, and the first four options are displayed, namely “Vital Info”, “Variations”, “Offer”, and “Images”. Don’t rush to fill them in at this time. First, click the “Advanced View” switch and set it to “On”. Let all other hidden buttons appear.
Fill in the product code in the “Vital Info” text box. Here, you fill in a string of UPC numbers, and select the UPC code in the selection bar behind. The “Product Name” text box is filled with the product title you made. Just copy the title you made before. If you have made a brand whitelist or brand record in the “Brand” text box, you can directly fill in the brand name you applied for. Note that the uppercase and lowercase letters should be consistent with the application. If there is no brand, you can directly check the “This product has no brand” checkbox. The “Manufacturer” position can be filled in the same as the brand name. The ones with asterisks are required. You can proceed to the next step after filling them in.
Next, fill in the quotation. There are three places to write the price in the quotation column. “Market price” is not displayed on the front desk. In the past, a price slightly higher than the normal selling price would be filled in here, so that a crossed-out price would appear on the front desk. However, Amazon has changed the calculation mechanism and this method is no longer useful. “Your price” is the normal selling price of the seller. When setting a preferential price, you must also set the start and end time of the price. This price function is basically useless and can be ignored. Of course, the most important thing to remember is to give the product a unique SKU to facilitate the seller’s inventory management. Of course, you can also leave it blank, and Amazon will automatically generate one.
Next, you need to fill in the “condition” of the product. If it is a new product, just select brand new. Maximum quantity of order items: It is to limit the maximum number of items a customer can buy at one time. Generally, 5 items are set. If this upper limit is not set, some unscrupulous sellers will use other buyer accounts to maliciously purchase all your inventory, and finally apply for a refund for all of them. This will make you have no inventory when doing activities, and the product status will show that it is not available for sale. If the other party has inventory, he will take your shopping cart away. Press it down, to upload pictures of the product, click the “Picture” tab, then click the “Upload” button, and then upload the prepared pictures from the local computer. First upload the main picture with a white background. In addition, it is best not to upload more than 6 pictures. More than 6 pictures may cause the uploaded video to be invisible in the foreground.
Now it is time to fill in the five-line characteristics. Click the “Description” tab and enter the filling page. There are two columns that need to be filled in, one is “About this artwork” and the other is “Product characteristics”. Among them, the content filled in “About this artwork” is the description we wrote before. And the content filled in “Product characteristics” is the five-line characteristics. Finally, upload the background keywords (keywords), paste the previously prepared keywords in, and after the position is filled in, the “Save and Complete” button will turn blue. Click the button directly, and the keywords will be displayed in the background after 15 minutes.
