After setting the Wish Express delivery country for a product, the “Edit Wish Express Return Settings” option will appear. “Edit Wish Express Return Settings” means setting the return warehouse address for products that can be returned. The following takes the return warehouse of the overseas warehouse US warehouse as an example.
(1) Select the product for which you want to set up returns, click the “Actions” → “Edit Wish Express Return Settings” menu to open the refund terms page.
(2) After carefully reading the return service terms, click the “Agree” button.
(3) After agreeing to the return service terms, go to the enable return page and click the “Enable Return for This Product” button to enable the return function.
(4) Add a return warehouse and fill in the return warehouse address. The return warehouse for overseas warehouse products is generally provided by the overseas warehouse service provider (freight forwarder) or a self-built warehouse. If the return warehouse has already been set up and there is no need to add a return warehouse again, this step can be omitted.
(5) Click “Update Settings” to complete the return warehouse setting.
Notes:
?Wish will prepare a return label for the user, and the cost of the label will be borne by the merchant.
?Merchants will bear the return costs such as return handling fees and delivery fees caused by any reason.
?Merchants cannot appeal the refund liability caused by returns.
?Non-Wish Express products do not have the “Edit Wish Express Return Settings” option.
