After successfully applying for Wish Express, you can set the delivery country for Wish Express products independently according to the delivery time limits that vary from country to country. Merchants can edit the Wish Express delivery country for products manually or by uploading a CSV file.
1. Manually edit the Wish Express delivery country
Click “Products” → “Edit Wish Express destination countries for existing products” → “Manual” menu to go to the product list page.
Find the product that needs to set the Wish Express delivery country, click “Measures” → “Edit Wish Express Settings” menu.
Select the delivery country and check the “Wish Express Enable” option.
If you use the default product delivery fee, just click the “Save” button. If you need to change the delivery fee, select the “Set Shipping Fee” option, fill in the shipping fee, and then click the “Save” button.
Note:
? Promotional (Yellow Diamond) products cannot disable the Wish Express delivery country.
? Promotional (Yellow Diamond) products cannot increase the delivery fee (shipping fee).
?Products that need to increase shipping costs can be re-uploaded as new products and then set the Wish Express delivery country.
?Click the “Visit the delivery settings page to increase or decrease delivery countries” button to adjust the delivery country.
?Products participating in Wish Express need merchants to prepare the goods themselves and deliver them to overseas warehouses in advance.
After successfully setting the Wish Express delivery country for the product, you will find the “WishExpress” logo when viewing the product.
2. Edit the Wish Express delivery country with a CSV file
?Click “Product” → “Edit Wish Express destination country for existing products” → “Product CSV file” menu,
Open the CSV file upload page.
Download the XLSX file sample template and fill in the SKU and delivery country information as required.
?Generate a CSV file and upload it.
