UPS provides four types of express services.
2.Shipping Requirements
?Size limit: The maximum length of a single piece is 270cm; the maximum size of a single piece is length + 2×width + 2×height = 330cm.
?Volume weight limit: The billable weight of a single package shall not exceed 68kg.
UPS has very strict requirements on volume and weight, and there are also the following repeated surcharges.
(1) For shipments that meet the following conditions, an additional 40 yuan will be charged for each piece:
? Irregular goods.
? Not packaged in cartons.
? The longest side exceeds 152cm.
? The second longest side exceeds 76cm.
? The actual weight of a single piece exceeds 32kg.
(2) For shipments that meet the following conditions, an additional 388 yuan will be charged for each piece:
? The longest side exceeds 270cm
? The sum of the two short sides × 2 + the long side exceeds 330cm (but cannot exceed 419cm, otherwise an additional 388 yuan/piece will be charged).
? The actual weight of a single piece exceeds 68kg (including 68kg).
The above two items are repeated charges. As long as the additional conditions are met, both will be charged together.
Notes: UPS does not accept parcels weighing more than 70 kg per piece, but there is no limit on the total weight of each shipment.
Item Types:
(1) Mainland UPS: General Cargo. Electrical products are restricted items and cannot be shipped under normal circumstances. When shipping items with batteries, you must provide MSDS certification and battery information (original copies must be provided). You must also indicate the battery type and model, energy (WH value), voltage (V), capacity (MAH or AH), number and weight of battery cells or batteries on the waybill and invoice, and meet packaging requirements (such as independent packaging, etc.).
(2) Hong Kong UPS: General Cargo. Some logistics service providers (freight forwarders) have special channels that can ship products with built-in batteries, pure batteries, etc. The sender must provide a pro forma invoice, commercial invoice and product list, and insulate or independently package the products.

Notes: Hong Kong UPS rates can generally be found by referring to the discounted quotes provided by major logistics service providers (freight forwarders).
4. Additional Charges
(1) Fuel surcharge: changes monthly, subject to the rate of the month on the UPS official website.
(2) Remote Area Surcharge: 3.5 yuan/kg × (1 + fuel cost of the month). The minimum charge per shipment is 171 yuan × (1 + fuel cost of the month).
(3) Address Change Fee: 77 yuan per piece, up to 273 yuan per shipment.
(4) In the event of a return, the sender shall pay a destination import tariff surcharge of 125 yuan/shipment.
(5) The recipient refuses to pay customs duties, fines for under-declaration of value and other customs clearance fees.
