2. Shipping requirements

3. Rates
International EMS is charged based on a starting weight of 500 grams and an additional weight of 500 grams, with no fuel surcharge. There is also a 4 yuan domestic customs clearance fee for each shipment.
International EMS service outlets in various regions offer a 40% to 60% discount for packages of large customers. Different logistics service providers (freight forwarders) or e-commerce platforms can provide discounts of different weight ranges for ordinary customers such as individuals.
4. Delivery Time
The delivery time of international EMS is usually 3 to 8 working days, excluding the time for customs clearance. Due to the different processing times of postal and customs in different countries or regions, the delivery time of packages in some countries may be longer.
5. Shipping label
If you choose to ship through the international EMS channel through a logistics service provider (freight forwarder), a temporary transit shipping label and number will be generated. This transit shipping label and number are not the international EMS shipping label and express delivery number of the country or region where the goods are finally sent. Different freight forwarders provide slightly different shipping labels. 7. Returned or Lost Parcels
Bill Inquiry:
Bill inquiry will be accepted 15 days after the date of posting, and the inquiry period is 1-3 months.
Compensation Standard:
(1) If the value of items not declared on the detailed form is lost or damaged during mailing, RMB 400 will be compensated for each item.
(2) If the declared value of the mail is lost or damaged, compensation will be paid according to the actual declared value. If the contents are partially lost or damaged, compensation will be paid according to the actual loss, but the maximum compensation amount shall not exceed RMB 500+60w per piece. w is the weight of the mail expressed in kilograms, with the decimal point counted as 1 kilogram.
(3) The collected postage and special inquiry fees are not refundable and no compensation will be paid.
(4) Time limit for payment of compensation: within one week after it is determined that the mail is lost, damaged, short or delayed.
Disclaimer:
The post office shall compensate for the loss, short, damage or delay of EMS mail during the delivery process due to no fault of the customer. However, it shall not be liable for compensation for indirect losses and unrealized profits. The post office shall not be liable for compensation in the following circumstances.
(1) Caused by force majeure (except for insured mail).
(2) If the mailed items violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, they shall be confiscated by the competent authorities or handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
(3) The mail is well packaged and shows no signs of being tampered with when it is mailed, and the recipient has signed for it in accordance with the prescribed procedures, but the recipient later finds that the contents are missing or damaged.
(4) The mail is lost or delayed due to the customer’s responsibility or the mail itself.
(5) The customer has not inquired about the mail from the date of mailing to the expiration of the inquiry period and has not made a claim for compensation.
(6) International mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the destination country in accordance with its domestic laws.
(7) The following countries do not bear any compensation liability for damaged packages containing liquids and liquefiable items, glass products and similar fragile or perishable items: Saudi Arabia, Bolivia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Iraq, Philippines, Sudan, Turkey, Yemen, Lebanon, etc.
