Currently, DHgate supports EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, USPS, HK Post, ChinaPost, Yanwen, Equick and other freight methods that can be tracked online. For the loan methods with freight tracking numbers, set the order loan rules.
6.3.1 Buyer actively confirms receipt
For orders that the buyer confirms receipt (except for orders under risk control investigation), DHgate will verify the freight information of the order. If the order query shows that it is delivered, it will be processed according to the delivery information.
6.3.2 Buyer does not actively confirm receipt, and the seller requests payment
For orders that the buyer does not actively confirm receipt, after the seller requests payment, DHgate will first verify the delivery status based on the waybill number uploaded by the seller and make corresponding processing.
6.3.3 The dispute rate of the seller’s current account is too high
When the dispute rate of the seller’s current account is too high, the seller’s account loan will be delayed.
6.3.4 Rules for determining the suspension of lending indefinitely
When a seller’s account or transaction violates one or more of the following rules, lending may be suspended indefinitely:
(1) The transaction is a fake transaction.
(2) The product actually sold by the seller is an infringing product or a prohibited product.
(3) The seller’s associated account is closed due to platform investigation.
(4) The seller’s associated account is in an indefinite withdrawal restriction state.
(5) The seller’s account is under investigation by a judicial authority.
(6) The seller’s account and its transactions involve other illegal acts.
