Wish releases funds on the 1st and 15th of each month. Once the product is delivered within the time specified by Wish and the order is confirmed to be received (either the logistics information shows that it has been delivered, or the buyer actively confirms receipt), it will be converted to a payable state 5 days later.

The seller should confirm the time point when the goods were received (for every order in the past). After the release of funds on the 1st and before the release of funds on the 15th, orders that meet the release conditions will be released on the 15th; after the release of funds on the 15th and before the release of funds on the 1st of the next month, they will be released on the 1st.

The final payment of the fine: For the fined products, if the store is frozen due to the problem of non-counterfeit products, the store funds will be returned after 3 months, and any refunds generated during this period will be borne by the seller; if the store is found to have counterfeit products and the situation is serious, then all sales amounts of the counterfeit products will be frozen and returned after 2 years, and the IDs of all orders will be recorded.

Early release of funds and overlong account terms.

1.20% of the order amount will be released in advance

Merchants who use Wish’s official logistics online settlement service for logistics orders can enjoy the platform discount of early release if the order is successfully created and has valid tracking information (the logistics tracking node is “from the airport to the destination country”). The Wish platform will pay 20% of the advance payment amount for orders that meet the above requirements, and the merchant can receive it on the next settlement day.

2. Up to 10 days of account period service

After the account period is opened, some merchants can enjoy a one-week account period plus a 3-day repayment period. Every Monday, the system will automatically generate a bill for the previous natural week, and merchants only need to complete the repayment before Wednesday (including Wednesday). The account period service is up to 10 days.

Wish will evaluate the applicants, and merchants who meet the platform requirements can enjoy a 10-day account period service. In case of national statutory holidays, it will be automatically postponed to the next working day.
