As the trend of globalization becomes more and more obvious, many enterprises choose to face overseas markets. So what are the trade methods in the process of doing foreign trade?
Lease trade
refers to the leasing import and export goods leased by enterprises undertaking leasing business and foreign businessmen for a lease period of one year or more.
Foreign-invested enterprises
refers to the machinery, equipment, parts and other materials imported by foreign-invested enterprises with funds within the total investment amount (including Chinese investment), as well as the reasonable number of transportation vehicles, production equipment, articles, vehicles and office supplies (equipment) imported for the enterprise’s own use in accordance with national regulations.
Processing trade with outgoing materials
refers to the transaction form in which raw materials, parts, components or semi-finished products in my country are handed over to overseas manufacturers for processing or assembly according to our requirements, and the finished products are re-imported, and we pay the labor and fees, which does not include “processing export with incoming materials”.
“Export with processing with materials” means that we invest in and set up enterprises overseas, transport raw materials, parts, components or semi-finished products in my country to overseas for processing or assembly, and the finished products are sold overseas. Goods shipped out of the country under the export with processing with materials should be counted according to the actual transaction method. For example, the export of machinery and equipment, raw materials, etc. is counted as “general trade”, the export of finished products with imported materials is counted as “processing trade with imported materials”, and the export of leasing is counted as “leasing trade”.
Barter trade
Refers to trade in which exported goods are directly exchanged for imported goods without the medium of currency.
That’s all. I hope that interested sellers will continue to pay attention to Lianlian Cross-border Payment!
