According to the regulations of the Amazon platform, more than 90% of buyer messages need to be replied within 24 hours. There are very few buyer messages on the Amazon platform, and occasional delays in reply may cause the reply time to exceed the standard, so sellers are reminded here to try to reply to buyer messages within 24 hours.
In the actual operation process, there will always be situations where buyer messages have not been replied for more than 24 hours due to various reasons. In this case, sellers can click the “No Reply Required” button in the lower right corner of the buyer’s message before replying, and then reply. This operation can prevent the message from being counted in the number of reply timeouts. At the same time, for various types of advertising emails received, sellers also need to click the “No Reply Required” button to avoid being counted in the statistical indicators.
