FBA delivery process

1. Log in to the seller’s backend, enter the Amazon inventory management interface, and click the drop-down button next to “Edit” on the right.

2. Click the “Send/Replenish” option to enter the Send/Replenish page.

3. Click the “Pencil Head” button behind the packaging details to create a packaging template. Once the packaging template is created, you can use it quickly in the future. The same SKU can create three different templates to meet different needs.

4. Set a template name for the template to facilitate selection next time you use it (suitable for only one SKU in a box). At the same time, write down how many products are in an outer box of this product, as well as the size of the outer box (note that the unit is inches, not centimeters, many novices will make mistakes here), and fill in the total weight of the outer box (note that the unit here is pounds, not kg).

5. If your product has multiple SKUs in one outer box, just select a single product and fill in the quantity of the SKU to be shipped in the product quantity. In practice, whether you have multiple SKUs in a box or only one SKU in a box, you can fill in “single product”.

6. Fill in the “Pre-process each product” option according to the actual situation. Generally, fill in “No pre-processing required”.

7. In the “Product Labeling Party” option, select “Provided by the Seller”, because if you choose “Handled by Amazon”, a fee will be charged for each order.

8. Click the “Print SKU Label” button and select the specifications and number of labels to be printed.

9. If there is only one SKU in a box and a template is used, fill in the total number of outer boxes of this SKU here and click the “Prepare for Shipping” button.

10. If the template selects a single item, directly fill in the quantity of this SKU to be shipped this time.

11. If you upload a new product, this step will sometimes report an error. At this time, you need to click the “All Amazon Logistics SKUs” button and click “Missing ASIN 12. After filling in the product’s dimensions and data, click the “Prepare for Shipment” button. 13. According to the actual situation, choose whether all products will be packed in the same box or multiple boxes are needed, and click the “Confirm” button in the lower right corner. 14. According to the actual situation, fill in the total number of outer boxes to be shipped and choose the method of filling in the information. After confirming the various parameters of the outer boxes, enter the stage of confirming the shipment. 15. Confirm the shipment information, fill in the corresponding date and select the mode of transportation. The modes of transportation include “Small Parcel Express” and “Automobile LTL”, and “Small Parcel Express” is generally selected. 16. Select the transport carrier, select the corresponding option according to the logistics service provider that provides services for you.
