Order management in the Seller Center of Shopee platform: Open the homepage of the Seller Center, click “Order Management”-“My Orders” to enter the “My Orders” interface, where you can view the payment, logistics and return/refund information of the store order.
From left to right, they are: “AI1” (All) “Unpaid” (Not yet paid) “To Ship” (To be shipped) “Shipping” (In transit) “Completed” (Completed) “Cancellation” (Cancellation) “Return/Refund” (Return/Refund) and other classification columns. Click the corresponding category to view all orders in this category.
Enter the order number in the “Search Order” search order box to query the corresponding order.
Click “Check Details” or any position of the order to view the corresponding order information, including logistics status, buyer’s delivery address, order products and order amount.
1. Open the “My Products” interface.
Click “Product”-“My Products” to enter the “My Products” interface.
2. Check the status of products or upload products.
You can check the status of products or upload products in the “My Products” interface.
1) Click “Live” (products on the shelf) to view the products that have passed the product review and successfully uploaded to the store.
2) Click “Sold out” (sold out) to view the products that have been sold out in the store.
3) Click “Suspended” (banned) to view the products that are banned from sale in the store. Click the corresponding product to view the reason why the product is banned from sale.
4) Click “Delisted” (unlisted) to view the products that have not been posted in the store. Before all unlisted products are posted, the store cannot add and upload new products.
5) Click the square in the lower right corner to switch between “image browsing” and “list browsing”.
6) Click “Batch Tools” (batch action) to upload products in batches.
7) Click “+Add a New Product” to upload a single product.
