Step 11: Enter the “Please tell us about your product information” page, select the relevant questions on this page, and click the “Continue” button.
Step 12: Enter the product classification page, select the category of the product to be sold from the page, and click the “Complete Registration” button.
Step 13: Enter the seller’s “Authentication” page, select the country and seller category on this page, and click the “Next” button.

Step 15: Enter the file upload page of the account owner’s personal information, upload the ID card photo and credit card statement screenshot on this page, and click the “Submit” button
Step 16: After the operation is completed, the page will pop up a prompt box “Thank you for sharing your information”. The prompt box will display “We are processing your information, please wait. This may take up to 60 seconds.”.
Step 17: Wait for a while, and the page will pop up a prompt box “Thank you for your request”. The prompt box will show “We have received your information and may contact you within 2 working days for further clarification.” At this time, the seller only needs to keep the phone open and wait for Amazon customer service to contact.
Step 18: After Amazon verifies the identity information, it will send the seller a relevant email that has been approved. After receiving the email, refresh the page and you can see the “Enable Two-Step Verification” page. Click the “Enable Two-Step Verification” button on the page.
Step 19: Enter the “Register for Two-Step Verification Authenticator” page, ① enter the mobile phone number; ② click the “Continue” button. After the operation is completed, enter the mobile phone verification code in the new page that jumps.
Before entering the mobile phone number, the seller needs to first select the country code of the country where the mobile phone number is registered. For example, for a mobile phone number registered in China, “CN+86” should be selected. Otherwise, after the seller enters the mobile phone number, it may be displayed that the entered mobile phone number does not meet the requirements.
Step 20: After the operation is completed, jump to the “Almost done…” page and click the “OK, enable two-step verification” button at the bottom of the page. After the operation is completed, click the “Enable Two-Step Verification” button on the page.
Step 21: After the operation is completed, if the seller receives an email about the successful activation of two-step verification and the page automatically jumps to the merchant backend, it means that the store account registration is successful.
