1. The difference between Feedback and Ratings
Amazon has two evaluation systems. In addition to Review, there is Feedback, which is the evaluation made by buyers on the purchased products and services. That is, you must purchase the goods to participate in the Feedback evaluation. Compared with Ratings, the content of Feedback evaluation has more dimensions in terms of product quality, service level, delivery time and consistency of product description.
The Feedback score directly affects the change of the seller’s account weight and the store’s ODR index. Ratings is an evaluation of the product itself, while Feedback is feedback on the entire purchase experience. Compared with Ratings, Feedback covers a wider range. In addition to products, buyers can also express feedback on logistics and sellers’ service attitudes.
2. How to optimize Feedback
If the product is shipped with FBA, Amazon will be responsible for the negative feedback about logistics in Feedback, which can be deleted directly in the background. First, click the “Performance” tab in the background, select the “Feedback” option to enter the Feedback Manager, delete the Feedback, click the part shown in the picture, and select delete.
