Important logistics matters

1. Value-added return service:

Return to the merchant: Merchants who really need returns can choose to return to the merchant, and the return can be received in as fast as 20 days.

Worry-free: If there is no demand for returns, you can choose Worry-free, and you will get a compensation when the return is generated. The returned goods will be destroyed locally and not returned. Local destruction: The cost of the goods is low and there is no need to return them. You can choose local destruction, which saves time, worry and effort.

Note: Starting from August 24, 2020, for goods returned by buyers or failed to be delivered, the goods will be disposed of according to the value-added return service selected by the merchant

2. Paid collection service:

The platform officially launched: no threshold, no application required, all merchants are available, and the paid collection service covers the whole country. After the collection service is upgraded, both free and paid collection will be triggered through the newly launched “Packing Workbench” interface of the ASC Seller Service Center (path: ASC Homepage-Orders and Comments-Packing Workbench). Merchants who use self-developed ERP and third-party ISV (Dian Xiaomi, etc.) for delivery management need to upgrade the system before using it. The plan is as follows:

Self-developed ERP: Starting from early August, the logistics manager will contact the merchants to connect in batches

3. Secondary sales:

Products that fail to be delivered will be returned to the local reverse center, and products that pass quality inspection will enter the secondary sales link. Is there any product quality problem

Whether it meets the description (description/ picture/ product specifications/color) Is it the wrong product?

Are parts or parts of the goods missing?

Is the standard packaging box of the product intact?

Is it a prohibited or restricted product (directly considered as unqualified in quality inspection)
