It was because when registering, because the merchant’s network was too stuck, when submitting the information, the merchant’s operator submitted a photo of the original business license, but did not submit a photo of the copy of the business license, which ultimately led to the inability to verify the document.

To avoid this problem when registering an Amazon store, you must first confirm that the information must be true and clean, especially for sellers who purchase information, and the channels they find must be reliable. Secondly, when submitting, you must pay attention to whether the information is correct. This includes that the original and the copy of the business license cannot be confused, there should be no reflection when taking pictures, whether the four corners of the business license and the ID card are exposed, whether the handwriting is clear after enlarging the picture, etc.

When encountering such a problem, the solution is as follows:

First, find the investment manager to resubmit the information. Of course, this method is only limited to sellers who register Amazon stores through the investment manager’s link, and it does not work if you register by yourself.

The second is to resubmit the link under the information. In other words, after receiving an email that the document cannot be verified, submit the business license information, mobile phone and email address to the investment manager to download the link again, and go through the process again. We have tried this method and it was successful.
