Japanese sellers know that Amazon Japan is not very large, and there is no need to pack for shipping. The general rule for bulk goods is that each piece is less than 30KG, the single side does not exceed 90CM, and the sum of the three sides does not exceed 200CM. What other precautions should be taken when entering the warehouse of Amazon Japan?

1. Check the name

It is easy to make mistakes here. The scientific name and the common name of the product are easy to make mistakes. Then the English words have multiple meanings, and the translated Chinese name and the actual name sometimes do not match.

2. Check the price

Some manufacturers’ customers put up the carton packaging specifications, and there are many kinds of specifications that require a large and a small one, and some irregular specifications have two specifications, one for the length above and one for the length below.

3. Check the quantity

The most common mistakes in the FBA head leg are under-reporting and over-reporting, especially tax refunds. The reason for the frequent mistakes here is that the customs declaration information is made in advance, and the data changes when loading the cabinet and forget to update. Another possibility is common: due to the workers’ human negligence during the loading of non-standard products, the actual packing quantity deviation is caused.

4. Check the weight

There are two places where the weight is more likely to be wrong.

The first is that the gross weight and net weight of large goods differ from the actual weight by more than 3%-5%.

The second is that only the gross weight of the product is known by weight, but the net weight is calculated. Many customers have the formula of gross weight minus net weight divided by the number of pieces not exceeding 1 or 2 kilograms, which leads to inconsistency with the actual net weight.

5. Check the quantity

In FBA logistics, the most error-prone place is that the tail box, samples and gifts are not counted. These products are easily overlooked, so pay attention!

6. Check the mark

Some products in the FBA head leg have marks, some do not, and some marks will reflect some products and logo information. If there is any, it must be reflected on the customs declaration.

7. Check for infringement

Everyone knows this. Be careful to distinguish between famous brands, imitation brands, factory brands, hangtags, R marks, and logos.

8. Check the source of the goods

Some manufacturers will disclose the origin information or advertising information of certain products on the packaging. Especially in three-party transactions, it is easy for the origin or destination information to be inaccurate. Don’t make a mistake.

9. Check the classification

Check whether the customs declaration code is accurate. It is easy to make mistakes in the classification of multi-functional products. For example, tablets with calling functions should be classified as mobile phones, not tablets.

10. New and old inspection

Many old things cannot be exported. It is easy to make mistakes that the machines in the flat-panel cabinets and open-top cabinets are exposed to the rain and are easily mistaken for old items. In addition, many things in the moving and immigration cabinets are old.

11. Check the price

The import and export price code of each commodity has a price range in the customs system. There are usually two types of this range. One is the price range of local exports, and the other is the price limit range implemented nationwide. Especially when importing, the review is particularly strict, and it is better when exporting.

12. Sampling and inspection

This is relatively rare, usually for products such as chemicals, which cannot be judged by the naked eye.

13. Check the body

When transporting in China and Hong Kong, check the container truck.

14. Check the box

For FBA first-leg logistics, the inspection of the container is basically not carefully checked, and there will be no problems. Generally, it is carefully checked when the special cabinet is made.

15. Whether it is hidden

Are you carrying items that are not produced or missed by the factory, are there any food snacks, electrical accessories, books, bicycles, electric cars.

Finally, it is recommended that sellers who ship to Japan must declare the goods truthfully and accurately.
