The first batch of stocking at Meikeduo’s overseas warehouses has achieved gratifying results. In order to better meet the needs of the majority of buyers, the company decided to optimize and adjust the delivery fee policy. After in-depth research and analysis, a new delivery fee calculation rule has been formulated for different order totals to provide customers with more flexible and convenient services.
According to the new delivery fee policy, when the total order price exceeds 2,500 rubles, the delivery fee will be free. The implementation of this policy will effectively reduce the shopping burden and make it more affordable for customers to purchase Meikeduo’s overseas warehouse products.
For orders with a total price of less than 2,500 rubles, the delivery fee will be calculated based on the Ozon rate. The principles of transparency and rationality will continue to be implemented to ensure fair calculation of delivery fees, so that customers can enjoy the shopping pleasure of value for money.
New adjustments have also been made for the situation where sellers arrange transportation on their own. If the seller chooses to deliver the goods through a third-party logistics company, the freight will be compensated according to certain standards to support the business development of the seller.
Especially in the case of an order value of more than 3,500 rubles, a freight compensation of 700 rubles will be provided for the transportation of large items. This measure is intended to encourage sellers to offer more and better large items, while also increasing consumers’ confidence in purchasing these items.
For orders with a total value of between 2,500 and 3,500 rubles, corresponding compensation amounts are set for different delivery methods. When ordinary goods need to be delivered to a courier station, the compensation amount will be 0 rubles, which will encourage sellers to prefer to choose couriers for delivery, improving delivery speed and accuracy. If ordinary goods are chosen to be delivered by couriers, a freight compensation of 50 rubles will be provided to recognize the support for the couriers’ hard work.
For the transportation of large items, the high compensation standard will be maintained, and each order will enjoy a freight compensation of 700 rubles. It is believed that through such incentives, sellers will be more active in providing large items, while also allowing consumers to enjoy more diversified shopping options. If the total order value is less than 2,500 rubles, Ozon will continue to bear the total shipping cost paid by the buyer to ensure fairness and transparency in the shopping process.
The new delivery fee policy adjustment of Meikeduo Overseas Warehouse is aimed at providing a more affordable and flexible shopping experience for the majority of buyers. By exempting delivery fees for orders above 2,500 rubles, transparently calculating fees, and targeted freight compensation, we are committed to meeting the diverse needs of buyers.
