Selling goods on the Ozon platform requires a valid warehouse and delivery method. This article will detail how to create a warehouse and set up a delivery method on Ozon.

1. Steps to create a warehouse.

Log in to your personal account: First, log in to the seller’s Ozon personal account.

Enter warehouse settings: In your personal account, click “Logistics” on the top navigation bar, and then select “Warehouse and Method”.

Add a warehouse: On the “Warehouse and Method” page, sellers will see an option to “Add a warehouse”, click it to start creating a new warehouse.

Fill in warehouse information: On the warehouse creation page, sellers need to fill in the following information:

Warehouse name: Give the seller’s warehouse a name, you can use Cyrillic (Russian), Latin (English) or special characters.

Address: Manually enter the detailed address of the warehouse.

Phone number: Provide a contact number so that buyers and Ozon can contact the seller.

Order preparation time: This includes handover to the carrier and acceptance time. Use the slider to select the desired time, up to 5 days. If your warehouse works during holidays, set them to working days by clicking on the desired dates.

Return method: Choose how to handle returns.

If you want the returned goods to be collected at the warehouse where the goods were shipped, select “Same warehouse”.

If you want the returned goods to be collected at a different warehouse, select “Other address”.

Note: Ozon does not ship returns from overseas through its own network of pickup points, and sellers must specify a return warehouse.

Specify return warehouse phone number and recipient: Fill in the contact number of the return warehouse or select “Phone is the same as warehouse phone”, then specify the recipient or select “Same as company name”. This information will be used for buyer contact and return processing.

Save warehouse information: After filling in all the necessary information, click "Save warehouse" to complete the creation process.

2. Notes and suggestions.

Goods transportation conditions: Make sure that the seller’s warehouse settings meet the transportation conditions of the goods so that orders can be processed in a timely manner and meet the needs of buyers.

Warehouse priority: If the seller has multiple warehouses, set their priorities to ensure that orders are shipped from the most appropriate warehouse.

Return processing: Make sure that the return warehouse can process returns in a timely manner to maintain good buyer relationships.

Warehouse information update: Update warehouse information regularly to reflect any changes, such as changes in address or contact number.

Creating warehouses and setting delivery methods on Ozon are important steps to ensure that the seller’s goods can reach the hands of buyers smoothly. By following the above steps and precautions, sellers can effectively manage the seller’s warehouses and provide excellent delivery services.
