AliExpress allows sellers to use overseas warehouses for delivery to reduce logistics costs. When novice sellers apply for overseas warehouse services in the background of AliExpress, how can they not pass the review?

Things to note during the review process.

1. Sellers can set overseas shipping locations: the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Russia, Australia, Indonesia and other countries are not supported yet;

2. The setting function of overseas delivery locations is only open to sellers who have passed the review. You need to prepare the goods before submitting the application and provide proof of overseas warehouses. After passing the review, you can set overseas delivery locations;

3. Some categories have not yet opened the overseas shipping location setting function, even if there are overseas warehouses, they cannot be set temporarily;

4. Both the main account and the sub-account can be registered. After the application is successful, the system will open the permissions of the main account and its sub-account at the same time.

Review the required materials.

If you use a third party to rent an overseas warehouse, you need to provide the following materials:

1. The name and customer code of the cooperative logistics provider (provided by the logistics provider);

2. Photos of the contract signed with the logistics provider;

3. Photos of the system background of the third-party logistics service provider.

All three are indispensable. The name of the service provider must be reflected in the photo, otherwise it will be difficult to pass the audit;

If you use a self-built overseas warehouse, you must provide these materials:

1. The address of the self-built overseas warehouse;

2. Proof of shipment from the domestic to the overseas warehouse address, such as the shipping order, etc.;

3. Tax payment certificate for product customs clearance;

4. Print or handwrite your store ID on A4 paper, and then take a photo with the front of the warehouse location or the nearest local newspaper.

If the overseas warehouse applied by the seller fails the audit, the first thing to do is to check the several aspects involved in the article to see if the information provided during the operation does not meet the service requirements. If the confirmation is correct or fails, it may be because your overseas warehouse has no inventory (including goods still on the way). Sellers must first use the overseas warehouse service before they can apply. It is very important not to start the application before using it. If there is no problem with the above steps, it is likely that the seller’s country does not currently support the opening of overseas warehouse services.
