1. Single product upload
Select “Products” in the left navigation bar of the Lazada seller backend, and then click “Add Products”. Next, you will see two options: “Existing Products” and “Category”.
If you choose the “Existing Products” method, it means that you will grab existing products from Lazada’s database. Please note that for this method, the basic attributes of the product cannot be changed. You need to enter keywords in the search box and then select the product that matches your product below. Finally, click “Sell yours” to complete the creation of the product.
If you choose the “Category” method, you will need to select the applicable category from the provided categories. Enter keywords in the search box to find relevant categories, and then fill in the SPU (product unique identifier), more details, SKU (product variant) and product images of the uploaded products as required. After completing the above steps, you will successfully upload a single Lazada product.
2. Batch product upload
Compared with uploading individual products, batch product upload can more efficiently publish large quantities of products to Lazada stores quickly, saving time and effort. Before starting to upload Lazada products in batches, sellers need to prepare the batch upload form in advance. You can download the form template from the Lazada seller backend, which will guide you on how to fill in the product attributes and information.
Once you are ready, you can follow the steps below to upload batch products:
Log in to the Lazada Seller Center backend. Select “My Products” in the left navigation bar, and then click “Batch Actions”.
Select "Add Products" in the drop-down menu, and then you will see an upload box.
Drag and drop the prepared bulk upload file of products into the upload box. The system will automatically recognize the file and display relevant information.
Follow the corresponding steps according to the requirements of the upload file. You need to fill in the product information step by step.
Make sure you fill in each field correctly according to the requirements of the template and upload pictures with correct data.
After completing and confirming all information, submit the upload.
