Souq, as a booming e-commerce platform, provides powerful and efficient order management tools to help sellers better manage their business. This article will introduce the operation process of Souq seller order management in detail, including “pending” orders, “confirmed” orders, “shipped” orders and “delivered” orders, as well as the use of new filtering functions and advanced search bars.

In the Souq seller account, you can easily manage all orders through the order management page. 20 orders will be displayed per page, so that everyone can have a clear understanding of the sales situation.

1. “Pending” orders.

Once an order is received from a Souq buyer, it needs to be confirmed, packaged and shipped within 1-3 days of processing time. In the “Pending” option, you can select one or more orders and click the “Confirm Order” button. In addition, you can also confirm a single order from the order details page.

On the “Pending” page, you can view the details of the order, including the order number, product information, order date, order quantity, and net income from Souq.

2. “Confirmed” Orders.

Once the orders are confirmed, they will automatically move to the “Confirmed” option. In this option, you can view all the orders that have been packed and ready to be shipped.

In order to continue the order process, you need to print a shipping note with AWB (Air Waybill). Shipping materials can be ordered from the seller service center and usually take 48 hours to be delivered to the designated pickup location. This shipping note will serve as a proof of the shipped order, and it will automatically generate delivery information for Souq customers as well as order details. When the shipping note is printed, the corresponding “Printed” option will turn green.

The AWB shipping note consists of two parts: one part is attached to the shipping list of the shipped product, and the other part is retained with the courier scan code, stamp or signature as evidence that the order has been picked up.

You must ensure that the AWB shipping note is printed within the specified “handling time” so that the courier can pick up the goods on time. In case of delays in pickup, contact the Souq logistics team in time. If you find that pickup delays occur frequently, you should report it to the Souq Seller Account Manager, who will assist in communicating internally with the Souq Logistics Department to ensure that there is no adverse impact on business performance.

Once the orders are picked up and scanned by the courier, they will move from the “Confirmed” option to the “Shipped” option.

3. “Shipped” orders.

In the “Shipped” option, you can view all orders that have been shipped but not yet delivered to Souq customers. In order to provide the best customer service, orders should be tracked automatically to ensure that Souq buyers receive their products as soon as possible.

Once the product is delivered to the Souq buyer, the courier will scan the information code on the AWB shipping bill, and you can see that the order has been moved to the “Delivered” option.

4. “Delivered” orders.

In the “Delivered” option, you can view all successfully delivered order information, including the delivery date, AWB number, and pending funds associated with the order. You can check whether the funds have been transferred to the payment account.

Once the funds in the payment account become available, “Money” will turn green, indicating that the amount related to this order can be withdrawn from the “Finance” option in the Sales Center.

5. New filtering function.

In order to make order management easier, the Souq Sales Center provides a new filtering function. You can create any number of filters based on your viewing preferences. Click “New Filter”, select the search criteria for order information, and then click “Save”. The order list will be displayed at the bottom of the page, and the filtering function will also be saved in the “New Filter” option for reuse at any time.

6. Advanced search bar.

In addition to the filtering function, you can also use the “Advanced Search” at the top of the “Order Management” option to find orders based on the selected conditions and data range to further simplify order management.

Understanding the operation process of the Souq order management page can help sellers better grasp orders and effectively manage their business on the Souq platform. Souq provides a series of powerful tools to ensure efficient processing of orders and excellent customer service. I hope this article provides Souq sellers with clear guidance on order management.
