Use ERP system for automatic reply

Generally, the shortcut keys that cross-border e-commerce customer service personnel need to master include the following.
(1) F2 key
When a document is selected, press the F2 key to enter the rename state, or you can directly click the document name twice to rename the document.
(2) F12 key
When editing a document such as Excel or Word, or when a document is open, press the F12 key to perform the “Save As” operation on the document. This shortcut key is usually used when receiving documents in a group.
(3) Delete key
Delete the selected file and put it into the Recycle Bin. If you need to retrieve it, you can open the Recycle Bin, select the file to be withdrawn, and right-click the mouse to restore it.
(4) Shift+Delete shortcut key
Directly delete the file. This is not equivalent to putting it into the Recycle Bin, but permanently deleting the file. Please use it with caution.
(5) Ctrl+A shortcut key
Select all files in the folder/select all contents. This shortcut key is often used when replying to emails. You can select all as needed, then lock the content of a certain message in the email, and then copy and paste it into the Response input box.
(6)Ctrl+C shortcut key
Copy the selected content to the clipboard.
(7)Ctrl+V shortcut key
Paste the content in the clipboard to the current location.
(8)Ctrl+S shortcut key
Save the current file. When editing Word, Excel and other documents, in order to prevent accidentally closing the window and making all your previous efforts disappear, it is best to develop a good habit of pressing the Ctrl+S shortcut key after editing a paragraph.
(9)Ctrl+X shortcut key
Cut the selected content to the clipboard.
(10)Ctrl+Z shortcut key
Undo the previous operation. For example, a customer service staff of a cross-border e-commerce company painstakingly wrote an email, but accidentally lost the email content after copying it incorrectly. At this time, as long as the page for editing the email is not closed, the Ctrl+Z shortcut key can be used to undo the previous operation.
(11) Windows+D shortcut key
The first time you press the Windows+D shortcut key, the desktop will be displayed. Pressing it again will restore the original window.
(12) Windows+E shortcut key
No matter what interface the computer is currently in, just press this shortcut key to directly open the “My Computer” window and retrieve the content you need.
(13) Windows+F shortcut key
In order to improve response speed, customer service staff of cross-border e-commerce companies sometimes cannot classify and organize many documents in time, and sometimes they do not know where the previous files are stored. As long as they press this shortcut key, the “Find: All Files” dialog box will be launched. Just enter the keywords of the file you want to find in the dialog box and search.
