Output
(1) Create community brand self-media
When every member of the community demonstrates his or her wisdom and ability within the community, the value of the community can continue to increase. The core of the output should preferably have a reasonable return, otherwise the enthusiasm of the group members will sooner or later decline. In addition, serialized output can allow the community to form a brand effect, attract more high-quality people with “same interests” to join actively, and make the community higher in quality.
(2) Create community brand activities
Brand activities allow members of the community to complete tasks and get rewards in the form of output, instead of always needing administrators, and not having to find topics or organize activities, so the cost of maintenance and management will not be too high. If this task can connect multiple roles, the energy will be greater.

After the community is established, most operators will encounter a new challenge: how to make it bigger? That is, the issue of community scale. If 10 groups are recruited at the same time, it is likely that one group will have the style of the first group, and the other group will have the characteristics of the second group, and they will seem completely separated from each other. Therefore, if you want the community to be unified, centripetal, and cohesive, you must pass on the culture.
Group 1 is the most active group with the highest repurchase rate. It is recommended to wait until the community operation enters a virtuous cycle before starting the construction of the second group. Through the internal small window, transfer some old group members to Group 2, so that Group 2 has a certain size from the beginning, so that new members feel good when they join the group. Since the old group members are in the group, they naturally pass on the culture of consciously not swiping the screen and banning speech in the group. When the second group is almost full, start building the third group, and then cross-introduce it. The following groups 4, 5, and 6 are similar. Therefore, after the establishment of Group 1, Groups 2, 3, 4, and 5 were quickly established and managed through cross-copying, and so on. Although there are a large number of people, through standardized operations, new and old members can quickly identify with the group culture and abide by the group rules.
