1. Go to Marketing Center
2. In Marketing Center, go to Vouchers.
3. Create a new voucher
4. Select a store or product voucher
5. You will be able to view the vouchers you created on the Seller Voucher homepage. Use the filter to view the vouchers that are currently in use or expired.
Please Note:
The maximum validity period of any voucher is 3 months.
Vouchers created by Shopee, chasing bonuses and expired cannot be edited
How to track voucher usage?
You can track the usage of vouchers from the My Vouchers page and click Details to view the order records to which the voucher was applied.

You may only receive revenue from items that the shopper does not return.
What are the terms and conditions for issuing Coin Cash Back Vouchers?
