When setting the freight template for overseas warehouse products, the product’s place of shipment must be exactly the same as the freight template setting, so you need to add or edit the freight template according to the company’s overseas warehouse location.
Assuming there are 3 AliExpress products with different places of shipment, you need to set up 3 different freight templates respectively, because the “product place of shipment” must be exactly the same as the “place of shipment set by the freight template”, so product A can only be associated with freight template 1, and cannot be associated with freight template 2 and freight template 3.
Freight template settings
Step 1: Add or edit a freight template. Enter the AliExpress seller backend, click “Product Management-Template Management-Freight Template” to enter the management freight template interface, click the “Add a freight template” button or select the “Edit” button on the right side of the existing freight template to edit.
Step 2: Select the shipping area. Click the “Add a shipping area” button, select the country and region where the shipping area is located, and click the “Confirm” button. The same freight template can set multiple shipping countries at the same time.
Currently, the selectable place of shipment in the freight template only includes 10 countries and regions including China. If the place of shipment of the product is not among them, you can choose China as the place of shipment. In the future, the platform will add new countries and regions that support shipment based on the distribution of the seller’s place of shipment.
Step 3; Set the freight and time limit. Click the “Expand Settings” option on the right side of the shipping area to set the freight promised delivery time for different shipping areas and different logistics methods.
You can choose “Customize Freight” and select the countries and freight supported by the logistics method; you can also choose “Customize Delivery Time” to set different promised delivery times for different countries. For example, if the place of shipment is the United States, you can set it to support shipment to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, and Brazil, and set the freight and promised delivery time respectively. The place of shipment is the same as the destination (except Russia), and the promised delivery time cannot exceed 15 days. Russia can set the promised delivery time according to the partition.
