DAP stands for Delivered at Place (…named place of destination), which means that the seller delivers the goods to the designated place of delivery without unloading the goods from the means of transport, and then delivers the goods to the buyer for disposal, thus fulfilling the delivery obligation. The seller shall bear all risks and costs before delivery, and the unloading costs shall be borne by the buyer.
