Cross-border e-commerce is growing rapidly around the world, and Souq, one of the major players in the Middle East, provides sellers with powerful order management features to ensure that they can provide the best customer service experience. In Souq’s sales panel, sellers can easily process and track orders in simple steps.

Enter the order management page

To enter the order management page, sellers only need to follow the steps below:

1. Click the “Order” option.

2. Select “Order Management”.

Order status at a glance

In the order management page, sellers can clearly view the status of all orders, including the following:

– Waiting for action

– Confirmed

– Shipped

– Delivered

Up to 20 orders are displayed per page, allowing sellers to easily view and process orders.

Processing “pending” orders

“Pending” orders are orders that sellers need to process immediately. Sellers should confirm the order, pack and ship it within the specified 1-3 days processing time. In the “pending” option, sellers can select one or more orders and click “confirm order” to process them. The order details page provides information such as order number, product information, order date, order quantity, and net income from Souq, so that sellers can view the details of the order.

Move to “confirmed” orders

Once orders are confirmed, they will automatically move to the “confirmed” option. In the “confirmed” option, sellers can view all orders that have been packed and ready to ship. Sellers need to print the shipping bill with AWB (air waybill), which will serve as proof of the shipped order. Souq provides an ordering service for shipping materials and promises to deliver them to the designated pickup location within 48 hours. Once the order label is printed, the “Printed Option” checkbox will turn green. The AWB is divided into two parts, one is attached to the shipping list of the shipped product, and the other is retained as evidence of the order being picked up.

Track “Shipped” Orders

In the “Shipped” option, sellers can view all orders that have been shipped but not yet delivered to customers. In order to provide the best customer service, sellers can automatically track orders to ensure that customers receive products as soon as possible. The courier will scan the information code on the AWB when delivering the product, which will enable sellers to see that the order has been moved to the “Delivered” option.

View “Delivered” Orders

The “Delivered” option contains all the delivered order information, including the delivery date, AWB number, and pending funds associated with the order. Once funds become available, the corresponding amount will be displayed in green, indicating that sellers can withdraw this amount from the “Finance” option in the Sales Center.

Filtering and advanced search functions

In order to make order management easier for sellers, Souq provides new filtering functions. Sellers can create any number of filters according to their preferences and filter according to order information. In addition, sellers can use the "Advanced Search" function at the top of the order management page to find orders based on conditions and date ranges.

Understanding the functions and operation steps of the Souq order management page is crucial for sellers to better grasp orders and manage their business effectively. As an e-commerce platform in the Middle East, Souq provides sellers with complete order management tools to help sellers succeed in this highly competitive market. Whether it is processing pending orders, confirming shipped orders, or viewing delivered orders, Souq provides a user-friendly interface and powerful functions to meet the needs of sellers.
